The modernist Casa-Padró-Riera (1914) is an architectural work of the city of Manresa. It is included in Architectural Heritage Inventory of Catalonia. The House has been restored, preserving its own architectural elements, in order to House a cozy hotel in front of the emblematic Kursaal Theater and the Casino de Manresa.
