The Rajadell brook, various springs in the municipality and the Green Route which links with Manresa will give you an unforgettable day.
A good idea for energetic walking (or running) surrounded by nature. This is a circular itinerary of 12 km, of average difficulty, with good scenery: Montserrat, Sant Llorenç and the Obac range, the Montseny and the Pyrenees. You pass Balma de las Pastorelles, a refuge during the Civil War.
You can see amazing traces of the world millions of years ago: ichnites, the fossilised tracks of living organisms, at Castelltallat (mammals from 30-35 million years). The walk is around 10 km long and includes superb views from a height of 900 metres.
